Welcome to the 2025 Awards of Excellence!

Each year we bring you an opportunity to be chosen from among your peers as an Award of Excellence Recipients! Ask any previous winner and we assure you they will agree that this is an incredible marketing opportunity for our Award Recipients!

Builders, professionals, suppliers, manufacturers, trade contractors and any other CHBA-NB member are eligible to submit applications for the 2025 Awards of Excellence pursuant to the following eligibility requirements:

  • All applicants must be a member in good standing of the CHBA-NB at the time of application (which means membership dues & Master Builder dues are both paid for the current year). 
  • All applicants must have been a member in good standing at the time of the project construction. For new members, you are welcome to enter your projects, but you must have been a member at the time of construction commencement.
  • The applicant must be a member in good standing of the CHBA-NB prior to any projects being judged.
  • All entries must be for projects completed between within the 18 months prior to 11:59pm, January 5, 2026.
  • There are no limits to the number of applications made by any member in any category.
  • All questions on the application form must be completed in full. Any applications not fully completed will be disqualified.
  • The "Homeowner Waiver" form MUST be signed by the homeowner and submitted at the time of application. If the member company owns the property at the time of application, then the member company must sign the waiver.
