Description
OBJECTIVE OF THIS AWARD: is to reward and promote housing construction excellence built by Members of our Association. This award is presented to the builder who has constructed the best “over-all” Multi-Family/Condo Project within the specified category.
Requirements
ELIGIBILITY: Entries may be submitted by any member in good standing of the CHBA-NB at the time of the project creation and at the time of the awards entry. This project must have been created within the 18 months preceding the submission deadline of 11:59pm, January 5, 2026.
